We want you to be fully satisfied with your Ed Hardy purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your items.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
